Review content:
Because I like the owner and his family, and the location is convenient, I have given them chance after chance, but this was the last time.
He doesn't listen, decides what color my hair should be without discussing it with me, and is very nonplussed when it turns out wrong. I walked in my house and the guy who is our handyman looked at me and asked what the hell happened to my hair. Never again.
This is the second time this happened there. The other times, my color was just ok. I realized that even though they have my formula, they don't always have the right product, so they switch without telling.
