Let me preface this by saying online reviews are typically not something I typically out to bother writing... be my experience good or bad. So the fact I am taking a moment from my day to review my experience with Timeless Stoneworks, is a a testament in itself. That being said....
I contracted Timeless to do work in my home after a referral from another sastisfied customer of theirs. I will admit, I was somewhat hesitant being my home was over an hour from their facility....I'm a 'Rhode Islander' and take comfort in close proximity. The first project completed was my kitchen & bath. From my first visit to the slab yard in Carver I was impressed. I was met promptly by a salesperson who took over an hour with me to explain the various stones, finishes, options available. She was so helpful in my stone selections and they match my paint & cabinets beautifully!!! The second, more complicated project was my fireplace. What I had to work with wasn't much, but WOW the finished product is simply STUNNING! The final piece gets complimented by each & every guest who enters my home. Philip, the General Manager, ever so helpful in resolving a logistical snag we had on the crews second visit for the fireplace.
I found Timeless Stoneworks to be both Professional & Reasonable. I refer them to anyone looking for a great company to trust in their home.
