I love subway. Their sandwiches are great and all, but the customer service here is atrocious. The staff here can't seem to take a simple question before they are quickly angered and respond back with bitchy attitude. I went in today ordered around 2 sandwiches; on accident I thought that they were both 5 dollars, but was mistaken. I asked the lady, ""I thought they were 5 dollars each though?"" She responds back to me with an attitude, ""Did you not read the menu?"" I showed her the sign which I had mistaking confused for a couple of other sandwiches and she replied angrily and quite disrespectful, reading out all the options; I left her and the f*cking sandwiches. I would have bought them if she had acted respectful and had approached this situation a little nicer, even if the price had not been what I expected, but she didn't. This isn't the only time this has happened. Other before me have been disappointed with the way the staff treats their customers here. They can't take it. I don't know what crosses the Manager's mind when s/he hires these type of people, or perhaps these sorry excuse for a staff put on false smiles and a fake, cheerful, personality to get the job. This place needs to clear all their staff entirely and start anew! Give the jobs to someone who is ACTUALLY respectful and can actually take some question. This place shouldn't be hiring such b*tches. Also, if you're thinking about putting an application here, don't bother doing it in paper. They're all hungry there. They can't afford to be replaced or lose a job, they can't afford for someone better to come along, they'll probably throw your application away. If you do, wither do it online or hand it directly to the manager.
