Completely overcharge! The vets are very nice and sweet, but their billing practices are outrageous. The first time we brought our puppy there, we were happy with the service and had anticipated a large bill, so the sticker shock wasn't there yet. But the second time (only a month later) the bill was over $400, and that was just for boosters, more worming and a month supply of heartworm and flea meds. At that time she said our puppy's nails looked long and did we want her to see if she could clip them- we said yes and held the puppy while the vet barely clipped about 4 nails. We thought it was a just a nice gesture, but then we noticed a $15 charge on the bill for it!
