After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.

We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I've had a PayPal account for 10 years and have always been in good standing. They have caused great distress, however, for the last 2 days! I changed my email address, AND confirmed it. 4 payments made to my account were not credited; the email notices from PayPal said my email was UNconfirmed. I spoke w/PayPal customer service Fri, Aug 8 @ 7:15 pm, again Sat, Aug 9 @ 8:30 am and again Sat, Aug 9 @ 6:47 pm. The first 2 reps said problem was a PayPal glitch & technicians were working on it! The first rep asked me to install Firefox browser saying PayPal was having issues with IE7! When same problem occurred with FireFox, rep placed me on hold for 8 minutes; she came back & said her supervisor confirmed it was a PayPal situation and techs were working on it!
