Harley of Scottsdale where looking good is more important that decent service. First time customer, took my bike in for service.Service department got my okay to do a repair. Okay was never passed on and cost me 7 days without my bike(okay no biggie it happens). When they got the part they realized they ordered the wrong part.. Hahah(strike two). Costs me another 2 days. Finally done but one minor snag they say my derby cover is bent. No problem I bought it from them 3 weeks ago. They say sorry they wont cover it as they didn't install it. Wow really I bent it by putting 3 screws on it?(strike three) No biggie the extra 60 bucks is worth knowing I will never ever spend another penny at the store. I have to say the service rep Ari actually seemed like he was trying hard to give me good service. But he might be the only good apple in the rotten bunch. The old adage applies you can sheer a sheep many times but only skin him once. These guys skinned me bad! When I buy my next bike or any accessories it definitely will not be from these guys. As a consumer I would say avoid this store like the plague.
