Review content:
We did a complete basement remodel with Roberts Residential in late 2011 and would highly recommend them. In fact, I have recommended them to many neighbors and co-workers. Compared to a prior remodeling project of similar scope with another contractor, this was a piece of cake. John Paggen took ideas from two people with very different styles and came up with design and materials choices that we loved. The detailed estimate was in line with estimates of other contractors but the materials were of much higher quality. There were no surprises, from the estimate to the regularly updated construction schedule. Every detail was handled. The project manager, Chris, was in constant communication. We would absolutely use them again.
