The only way to go at charlie chow's is to get the make-it-yourself mongolian bbq type dish. You get to pick your veggies, noodles if you want, sauce and then a meat and the wok-fry it for you. It is so good. it's all you can eat. So you can make many combinations if you want. This is the best value in the place, do not order of the menu unless you want wonton soup or something to go with it. A great place. You are also in and out very quickly. Never too busy.
