There is a vicious pit bull that runs loose. He bit our visitor and has tried to attack many people on our street. We called the dog pound, the converse police, the bexar county police and nobody seems to care. I guess everybody is waiting until somebody gets bitten again or killed. Somebody wrote about ""the mechanic shop"" this is totally true. Homeowners association just turns a blind eye.
