HORRIBLE!!! By far the worst group of people I have ever delt with. Was refused a copy of the bill or proof of owing the bill since I have no memory of ever using the medical office they claim they are collecting for. Was told "" you need to go back to church & find God then just pay the bill because you owe it."" when I told her my religious preferences were not her business and we are conducting business not discusing religion. Was threatned with taking me to court if I did not pay and threatned with harrassment when I called back because they kept hanging up on me. Was asked if I let my husband speak for me just because he was voicing his dislike for their unethical business pratice. I have NEVER had anyone talk to me when I am the customer in that tone & maner. Complaint filed with the BBB. Hope they can do something about them. I will check into what legal routes I can use since they refuse to provide proof of the bill if they try to take legal action against me. I will not just hand over money to someone just because they claim I owe it without proof.
