Ordering is a nightmare. The girl that takes the order screws it up everytime. The owner/manager is rude as hell. When I told him my pizza was completely different, he said, ""Pizza is pizza"". I told him I didn't want olives, onions, or green peppers because I didn't order them. He told me I must have ordered that because that is what she wrote down. My wife and I laughed thinking he was kidding. He walked off with nothing else said. Needless to say we won't go back now. Also, if you don't live within 1500 feet of the pizza place they question whether or not they deliver. Actually if you live more than 1 mile they wont deliver. I have heard about their bad attitude from a few people, but this the was first I experienced it. I would say don't go. If they care that little about customer service, then I would venture to guess they don't care too much about cleanliness either. Try Brother's Pizza in McKinney, the pizza is better and so are the people.
Pros: Pizza was OK. Leaving is even better!
Cons: Owner and employees are the epitome of bad customer service
