I recently went to buy a bedroom suite at Howell's because our house was totaled after hurricane Rita. We paid for it full, and had them hold it until we moved in a new house. The day after we moved in (day before they were supposed to ship it), the night before Thanksgiving, someone called to tell us the bed they were going to ship was molded!! They have been rude, incompassionate, and completely incompetent. I highly recommend that no one ever do business with these people. They gave us NO discount, in store credit or anything for our troubles. me and my husband (who just came back from Iraq and was wounded) had to sleep on the floor. We still have not received our bed over a month later. It will be another month before they can ship it to us. Please do not do business with these idiots!!!
