Review content:
I called to have them come and check out my ice make in my 6 month old Samsung refrigerator. The guy came and put a ""new"" unit in and it didn't work either so called them again. Came out and looked at it and said he would have to order a new complete unit and that was on a Friday. Told me it would be about a week. Then two and a half weeks later I called and was told ""any day now it should come in"". I just called today and it has been a month. The guy who answered the phone today has no record of any order placed under my name and is ""doing some checking"". This means that SOMEONE screwed up and most likely I won't have an ice maker for at least another week and we have already had 100 PLUS degree weather . Hope anyone who goes through this company knows what they are getting in to. Deb
