I am stationed in Afghanistan and can not be at home to take care of many problems that come up. It has been a couple of years since I had the AC checked so I had my wife call Precision Comfort to come and check out our AC! They charged $85 to come look at it but that is not the big deal. The REP that came out and looked at it said we needed freon because the last guy or 'joker' from what the REP called him, left the caps off and our freon leaked out! Freon dont leak out the caps unless the valves are bad, which he said nothing about them being bad. If freon is low the AC is probably leaking somewhere! He said there were no leaking except for the leaking out of the caps (them being left off). I will not do business with them again and neither will any of our friends or family! By the way they charged us an extra $50 for the freon, money my wife and I dont have!
