Words can not describe what an extrodanary trainer/person Sharon is. I been with her for two years and she has helped me loose over 50lbs. Not only has she helped me transform my body but transform my eating habbits. Sharon has been tough when she needed to be, incouraging when she needed to be, funny at the right moments but most importantly she has never given up on me. I dont know how she does it but she does it and she does it so well. This is an amazing woman like no other. Love you Sharon!!!!
