Sharon is spot on and she really knows her stuff. I'm a 49 year old fitness competitor and had my best year yet after Sharon completely re-vamped my training and nutrition. We followed no gimmicks or tricks, just good solid and steady nutrition. Sharon will hunt you down if you forget to send you're food-logs and pictures in on time, because she really cares about her clients getting great results.
