I've been going to Phil for awhile. I love him. He does my cuts, highlights, and lowlights. He gives great advice as to what will look good on you, and he's really patient and will work with you to get the outcome you're looking for. I've been in the process of growing my hair out, and Phil is able to shape it up each time I go to keep it looking cute during the grow-out phase. He never cuts too much. As for the color, it's never looked better.
Bonus: the hand massage and shampoo/scalp massage feel amazing.
You'd be a fool not to try this place out. I recommend Phil!! :)
