I've been getting my hair cut at Headcase Salon for about a year now. The staff has always been friendly and I've walked out of there, for the most part, pleased to have recieved a decent hair cut. Unfortunately, when I went in to Headcase for my prom do, my expectations were completely let down. I asked for a curly do, down and simple. What I got was far from it. After spending two hours in the salon my hair was not even close to being curled, it was laying flat and she was doing nothing to help it. She kept me waiting in the chair far longer than needed, and i had to walk out after the two hours with a half done do, running late for pictures and dinner, and my hair went completely flat by the time I got home. It was an awful experience, and I'm sad to say I will not be returning to Headcase again.
Pros: decent hair cuts, friendly staff
Cons: horrible prom hair do
