Review content:
We have taken our clothing here a few times and will not be going back. Some of the pants came back a little bit more snug-fitting than they were when we dropped them off, but after giving them the benefit of the doubt we continued to take our clothing to Town Center. Until now. I dropped off a pair of linen pants to be dry cleaned and when I picked them up they were covered with a strange-looking stain along the waistline and the pockets. They said that it was no fault of theirs, but that it was something inherently wrong with the pants. Huh? They attempted to launder the pants to get the stains out, but to no avail. They completely refused to remedy the situation - a comparable pair of pants, reimbursement, etc. Not even an apology! I am not sure if it is the chemicals or the process that they use, but these pants had been taken to several other dry cleaners in the past without a problem. BOTTOM LINE: If you mess something up, then make it right. I'm just glad they didn't ruin something irreplaceable like a wedding dress!
