""My daughter and I are both taking taekwondo and we really enjoy it. There are separate classes for adults for me and separate classes for children for my daughter. There is even a family class for both of us can take together. Tae kwon do has been very beneficial for us. It helps us to keep in shape but it also helps us teach the kids discipline and that they need to work hard for the things that they want. My daughter is really motivated to become better in all aspect of her life!""
