To everyone out there please be very careful if you decide to go with this guys. I would strongly, strongly suggest that you look for a different Dental office if all possible. I went to this Dental office a few weeks back after receiving a coupon in the mail for $78 for cleaning & consultation. I was told i had 5 cavities & gum disease, which was going to be over $5000. They tried to push me into getting the work done right there and then. I went second opinion at a different Dental office because i had such a weird feeling about the whole situation with Zipfel. Well within 48 hours of getting the quote i was shocked that i had a $5,000 charge on my Care Credit account even though i didn't agree to getting the work done. i knew that something wasn't right. I was told by the second Dentist that i had zero cavities and that my gums were in perfect health. He was so upset couldn't believe that there was someone out there taking advantage of patients this way. They lie to you, i really don't understand how there could be such evil people out there taking advantage of people in such a horrible and heartless way. Care Credit approved our Claim/Complaint but it has been a long process.
