The environment may seem anything but hostile upon entering this seemingly pleasant office. Don't be deceived! I went on account of a coupon offer for a cleaning, before I saw the dentist I was taken into a closed room with some ""greeter"" lady named Sida, where she asked me questions about my teeth and history. From there on out I felt as if I had entered the car dealership of dentist's offices. Everything put in front of me was a sales pitch, from an electric toothbrush to expensive unnecessary procedures. Sida, appears to be more of a sales closer than a ""greeter"". Dr. Zipfel tried to make me believe I had gum disease, which didn't add up with my hygiene habits and previous dentist's visits. They refused to just give me the cleaning and said that they needed to do a special treatment for my ""gingevitus"" that would cost $450. Six times more expensive than the coupon I had. It was a classic bait and switch. So I refused the services, which they wanted to preform right then and there, and went somewhere else. The other dentist confirmed my suspicion after a complete exam and cleaning. He complimented me on my great oral hygiene and happily stated that my entire mouth, including my gums, were very healthy. Dr. Zipfel's office uses your need to be healthy against you so they can sap you for all you're worth! Don't Be Scammed!
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: All a set up to manipulate you for your money.
