Businiess name:  Sally Beauty Supply

Review content:
My daughter purchased 18 in. hair extensions at Sally Beauty Supply. My daughter purchased this length because the salesperson told her to. The next day, she brought them to her hair salon and they looked at my daughter's long hair and the 18 in. extensions and said they were not long enough. My daughter wanted to exchange them for a longer length, but 18 in is the longest Sallys sells. My daughter wanted a refund, but Sallys refused based on their ""policy."" I said I understand the policy for health reasons, but why should I take the loss? Your store made the mistake, you take the loss. After alot of ""back and forth"" with customer service, managers, etc. they finally gave me a store credit for $150.00 + tax. Except it is a beauty supply store and I am not in the beauty business. Just how much shampoo can I buy? I think they should have done the right thing and given me back my money, not a store credit. :( Not happy in Massapequa. Anybody need some shampoo???????
