WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I tried to be nice because one of the guys there is an assistant pastor, but facts are facts. I went to have my laptop serviced and was told I fried my hard drive. They said I could do a trade in and they would put my old info on the new laptop. I got the warranty for my new trade in and it costs me $350. The computer they gave me was very slow, and did not contain any of my old data. But since the guy was a man of the cloth I didn't complain. However, I recently had a problem with the screen on my new laptop (I dont think it was ever new rather refurbished) and I had the tech at my job look at it. The left side of the screen was not visible but the far right side of the screen would load fine. Since I have a warranty he suggested I take it back where I got it. He couldn't see any damage and said it was most likely a technical issue within the screen. So I dropped my laptop off and was told I wouldn't hear anything until Monday (it was Friday). Monday they called me at work to say the screen damage was not covered under my warranty because of a crack on the right side of my laptop. There was NO damage when I left it, and that makes no sense because the left side of my screen was giving me problems not the right. But for $149.00 they can get me a new screen. Also, for a trade in I could have just kept my old laptop and bought a new one for less, but I was told my information would be transferred to the new laptop, so I agreed to trade it in. However, all I had was an empty folder on my desktop with my name on it. Such a RIP OFF!!! Do NOT get a trade in from them. (FYI the first two reviews are from a pastor and his wife, good Christian friends I guess, but God sees your wrong doings at this computer store)
