I've visited this buffet several times in the past year and never had issues with the food or most importantly the service. \r
Just last week to celebrate by dad's 54th birthday I suggested having lunch at Ooki Sushi Buffet. After being seated for about 30 mins having lunch , we were approched by a waiter and was told that my dads meal now would be charged as dinner because he had chossen the crab legs displayed at the buffet.\r
Price was changed from $11.75 to $18.75. We explained to the waiter that they were no signs displayed at the buffet that indicted what was lunch or dinner. She then said she would take care of it. Later we were approced by the manager and were told the same thing, we agreed to pay the difference but was approced by a third person to tell us the same thing AGAIN, At this point we were annoyed and ready for the bill. When we received our bill it had lunch prices and we went ahead and paid, it clearly stated tip included on the bill, but to our surpise as we were walking out of the resturante we were followed by our waiter and told us that we forgot to leave an extra tip ??? she then had someone else come and tell us in spanish that we must leave a tip for the services !!!! I have never had a situation like this;;; it was the worst experience ever !!!! NOT EVER GOING THERE AGAIN .
