I received a quote for maintenance on my trailer over the phone. When I took it in for the service, the ""service manager"" quoted a price 50% higher for the same work and was quite upset when I called him on it.
When I picked up the trailer the next day, the work had been done, but ""mysteriously"" all of my lights were no longer working. The Service Manager disavowed any responsibility bu was willing to try to fix it. He was quite amused at my new situation.
Rather than let him do any more ""work"" I took the trailer home and discovered that parts were missing and there was damage to the wiring harness. I do know the lights were working perfectly when the trailer was dropped off.
I would highly recommend finding another shop to repair your trailer. There is no way I would let them work on any of my trailers.
