Review content:
I bought a gift certificate from Restaurant dot com for Marimonti's. However, when we went to use the certificate we were told the owner has since decided not to honor the gift certificates and will not reimburse us for it. We had very poor customer service and no offer to work the situation out. The reasoning we were given changed three times during the conversation. Ultimately, I think the owner issued the certificates when business was slow. Now that business has picked up they don't want to honor them.
