I was in an office building on Charles St in Baltimore last week when a young man dressed in all black tried to rush past the security guard while I was speaking with her. The guard grabbed the man and asked what his business was there and he said he was from Magic messenger here to pickup a package. The security guard asked how she was supposed to know that since he had no uniform or Picture ID. Then she had to call the office find the person he was picking up from etc. This is definitely not the image you want to present when picking something up from your clients or customers. Go with a uniformed and ID'd professional courier service not these guys.
Cons: No ID No Uniform Rude drivers
