Don't shop here!!!! OWNER IS DISHONEST!!! I brought my watch in to have the battery changed in November and was by told Dorothy all of her work was guaranteed for 1 year. When my watch stopped working 6 months later, she tried to charge me again!! She claimed that all watch batteries only have a shelf life of 6 months and it was normal to get a battery changed 2x per year. I was flabbergasted since she had already charged me $60 to do it 6 months before. I have never had to change a battery on any watch I have ever owned twice a year. Her justification of spending $120 a year to maintain a watch is unbelievable. I am appalled at her business practices and will never step foot in this store again. SHAME ON DOROTHY for trying to rip people off. There are too many HONEST business owners in Sayville, we have no need for you
