We manage 143 rentals in Utah County. Certainly you can imagine how often we have need for appliance repair. Before we found Lamar's we worked with several other service techs who really just didn't have a clue what customer service is all about. In dealing with the no-shows, high priced invoices and frequent call backs, we just came to believe that all appliance guys were cut from the same cloth. Now we only work with one repair shop: Lamar's. The service is fast, quality, and now we've come to believe that an appliance can be fixed quickly, inexpensively, and the first time. Thanks Guys, you've helped ease one of the big pressures of property management for us.
