Benchmark Homes has been great to work with. I have now lived in my home for more than a year and haven't had any problems with the home. One interesting thing I found with benchmark homes is that they are always trying to improve. They have a great home warranty and excellent value. They seem to be a solid company that holds true to what many people have said to me...that ""benchmark homes builds a great home."" If I were to build agian I would most definately build with Benchmark Homes. I only wish they were in more locations. I have heard they are expanding and continuing to build a great home. One neat thing is that many of the employees are customers and that just shows to me how well they take care of people. GO BENCHMARK!!!
