I've used Ernie's Carpet Care multiple times over the past 10 years, to clean carpets in my condo and in a rental house I used to own. I also hired them to replace carpeting in the rental house. Ernie, the owner, has always been the one to come to the location and give an estimate. He is always good for his word -- never any hidden charges. And the quality of the carpet cleaning is always better than I could have envisioned. I have referred several people to Ernie's and they have become regular Ernie's customers. (Ernie and his wife Joy have a generous referral bonus policy -- actual money, not just a discount on the next cleaning.)
