Review content:
My mom and I went in to look for a prom dress i found online as soon as we walked in the workers were rude and treated us like we were stupid. I told the lady that I had a model number from the internet and she looked at me and responded ""that doesn't help me at all, what do you think i have every dress on file in a computer?"" That would've been the reasonable thing to do, but we thought maybe she was just rushed. They only had a size four which I told the ladies I definitely was not, they insisted I try it on anyway and when I did it obviously did not fit. Then they pressured us to look through the store for another dress checking up on us every five minutes. Once I found a dress I wanted the ladies were very rude and contradicted each other on what type of alterations should be made to my dress. My mom wanted to put the dress on hold because the ladies were very rude and the dress was overpriced, she wanted to look for other dresses and come back for that one as a last resort. Although the dress was gorgeous, the extremely rude service made the experience of shopping for the perfect prom dress miserable. Alterations are extremely OVERPRICED, my dress almost cost me $600 because of alterations that merely cost us $30 at a local tailor. Also, all the ""high quality silk"" dresses are in plastic bags clumped together in tiny little racks. The shop is so crowded and everything is piled on top of each other to give off a very low class dumpy feeling. If you want good service and enjoyable prom dress experience DON'T GO TO SAMILA BOUTIQUE.
Pros: Some good dresses
Cons: Extreme alteration prices, worst possible service, low class atmosphere
