One year ago, I bought an Adams Home at Savannah Point in Simpsonville. The home is ok, of course you can get the same home for less now. The huge disappointment of my experience at Savannah Point is NOR-Con Property Management. They are the HOA! Not sure what the H stands for? But, make no mistake; there is absolutely NO representation from one single Homeowner/property owner at Savannah Point unless it would be one who complains. In two weeks time homeowners have be hit with a barrage of letters from NorCon asking for yard improvements,
