Review content:
Every single thing that lookingforloulou said happened to me as well. The fitness classes were cancelled, the spin classes ended, the equipment died and was never fixed for months at a time, both my husband and I were stuck in 2 year contracts when they went to $15.00 a month and told us we were out of luck. No one was helpful there and basically wouldn't offer you any counsel unless you paid them extra to be your personal trainer. The child care was dingy and dark, the hours inconvenient, and one time my child was horrified at the treatment of another by a worker there,and visibly upset for over an hour after we left. Horrible place. Run the other way.
