I visited Amazon last night and came away very impressed. the amosphere is alive, the decor is beautiful, as if in a rain forest. the service was outstanding, and the salad bar was good. I don't drink but I could tell the bartender was good 'cause he was busy and engaging with his customers. the staff are very curtious and the meat just kept coming, Rib eye, pork sausage, spare ribs, garlic steak, flank steak, cabobs, etc. All were cooked to near perfection. My favorite had to be the rib eye and the flank steak, they were outstanding. The servers are very attentive and never let more than five or six minutes go by without checking in. there is plenty of parking (it sits in a huge mall) and it's right off of the freeway. As McCarthur said, ""I shall return"".
