Just to give you a heads up on this apartment...I lived there for only two months. At first I thought that it was the perfect place to live. Then the on site manager, Karen showed her true colors. She is VERY NOSEY!! She likes to use your apartment as a show room for ""other"" future residents. She is very unperfessional. She'll come to your apartment at any hour of the night. And She don't have no resect for you or your personal space. Also you ""water"" is included in your rent. Great I thought. The first month it was really low. Then the next it went up 50 dollars. Because your paying for other peoples usage in the complex. Its a scam and the places are falling apart. Plus theres MOLD in the walls. You cant breathe. The only good thing about this place was me leaving. Barking dogs keep you up all night and the PERVERTED lawn men peak in your windows while their ""blowing"" the side walks and patios off..YEAH RIGHT!! I would NOT recomend this place to my worst enemy. PLEASE think twice before you move in. And beware of Karen, the on site Manager. She'll be knocking on your door soon!
