When we moved into this moldy, dry rot, smelly apartment we had already signed a 6 mo lease. The on-site manager told us that we would get all of our deposits back if we left the apartment clean at the end of our 6 mo. Thankfully, we took before and after pictures and had the apartment professionally cleaned when we vacated. The on-site manager has not returned our deposits and it has been 90 days since we vacated. It's the old ""double scam."" She says it's not her fault and told us to contact corporate, which we did; they never returned our calls. The manager is never around and when we do catch her she says it is not up to her (even though she is the one who took the money and made the promises.)
