We have lived in Millbrook for almost 13 years. AirNow is the only HVAC company we have used in that time, both for service and when it came time to replace an older unit. My recent service call came off without a hitch. Not only was the technician on time, but early - and we were contacted to make sure the early arrival was OK. Even though this was just a scheduled maintenance call, there was a capacitor that did not check up to par. The tech discussed this with me - in depth, I might add - before the decision was made to replace before failure. This is the kind of attention to detail that a retired maintenance manager can appreciate. That, along with treating our home with respect keeps us as long term customers.
