Air Now has been servicing my 15 year old HVAC unit for about a year and a half now; each service technician who came to my house was professional, courteous and was extremely knowledge not only on my system but also the nuances that come with a HVAC system. They showed me some good techniques on how to fix common problems with a system that has been installed for so long.
Well, wouldnt you know it, my outside units compressor stopped working on a Wednesday, I called Air Now and they immediately came out for a service call, that day, bottom line, I had to make a decision, pay for the compressor and then worry about other breaks that occur with these systems or install a completely new system.
Air Now sent one of their sales representatives (Kevin Upchurch) out that night; we discussed what it would take to replace the broken system and the installation timeframe. By Friday afternoon that same week, I had a new HVAC system. I could not believe that Air Now could install the system in a half a day, well, they did and as far as the installers, same professionalism as everyone I have dealt with up to this point with Air Now.
From top to bottom I would highly suggest using Air Now as your HVAC service provider, for the next 10+ years, my HVAC system will be taken care from service calls to replacement of any parts.
