i just left there and was in tears. My bridesmaid dress did not fit and they told me over the phone that they would do whatever it took to make it fit but refused to help me beyond the use of extra fabric. Unorganized, rude, and I will never recommend these people. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION, and DOWNRIGHT HORRIBLE experience!! Stay Away!!
The owner actually called me and was so sorry for what happned on this day that they are going above and beyond to make sure that the dress will be ready by the wedding date! I am soo excited and grateful to Exquisite Bride for helping to make my best friends wedding a success.
