Review content:
Let me start off by saying that going through the sales process of purchasing a washer/dryer/fridge was fine and the sales person was really nice. However, upon delivery of the product the fridge had a huge dent across the top, as though it was from the straps the delivery man used to hold the fridge in place during transportation. At first the delivery guys tried telling us the dent was already there, but after showing them the picture my wife took when we saw the fridge initially it showed there was NO dent when we paid for the fridge. They then took off $75 and everything was ok. Then 2 months after purchase the freezer has continued to freeze over, so we called them to see if they can get this fixed, as they told us that there is a 60-day full warranty, labor for free for life, and they would come onsite to do the fix. However, now 2 months after the purchase they greet us when we call as ""oh we remember you, you were the one who got over on us and made us drop the price on the fridge upon delivery"". If they didnt want to agree to that, then why did they? Then we tell there is an issue with the freezer freezing over and he tells us we are out of warranty (66 days since date of purchase, so we are over by 6 days), so we said that is fine and we will pay for the labor. He then went on to tell us he will not send anyone to our house to fix this and that we need to bring the fridge to him. He was rude, cussed at us, and refused to send anyone to our house to fix the fridge. He said if we want it fixed then we can find a way to get the fridge to him or else we will just have to fix it ourselves. After continuous debate, which went nowhere they hung up on me and told me to figure it out myself. So beware that if you make a purchase from a nice salesmen here, then you can expect that to turn 180 degrees after they get your money. The price may be good, but the hassel you have to put up with after the sale isn't worth it. Stay away from this place at all costs....
