Review content:
Crooks & Scam Artists! I have DMO & used to to this dentist back in 2009/2010. I switched jobs in 2010 and got new insurance so I was able to use another provider. Well I went back to my former employer and now have DMO again--so I was forced to go back to Castle for my routine dental care. I had an appointment there today & after xrays, a brief visit with a hygienist & a few minutes with the Dentist (female) I was presented with a list of over 8K(prior to insurance) 1800 (after) worth of ""suggested treatments"". Bottom line is that in 2010 they said I needed a deep cleaning and I paid for and I ended up over 500+ out of pocket for their recommendations. I've seen their reviews on Yelp and they all pretty much say the same thing! BOGUS/INFLATED recommendations. I refused their cleaning $140 out of pocket and they refused to do the standard cleaning covered by my insurance. I have no idea why and didn't stick around --not that they even seemed interested in explaining why. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I am now searching for a practice that accepts DMO & is accepting new patients. I'll drive the distance to not have to deal with these people. PS all of these reviews are VERY suspect! Notice how they are ALL written around the same time?
