Jim is worth it! The one invaluable trait that Jim's office provides for me is that he is always there to help and listen. His office is professional and alert, but so are many others. The distinguishing qualities of honesty and availability are what have kept me a client of his these many years. He is patient and courteous, especially at the times when I seem to be confused. I have been quoted prices that are within range of Jim's premiums, but I have chosen to stay with him and his staff because I know if I need advice or explanation, he is always there with an answer... and most of the time the answer is in the favor of the client...me!
