I have taken many items for repair at the shoe hospital and I always have a great experience whenever I go. The team is extremely friendly and they always acknowledge your presence even if there are multiple people in the store. I visit the Westheimer and Gessner location by the smoothie king and I don't plan on trying another location,
Percy the manager is a great help when it comes to knowing what is best for your shoes or purses and he is always looking for the most cost effective way to fix something. I would recommend this to anyone looking for quality service!!!!
