Review content:
I love to wear 5"" heels, but I very often break the heels and straps. The Houston Hospital staff does a great job repairing my shoes, because I find it hard to part with with my shoes once I buy them. I broke a pair of heels that I had for about a year and they could not be repaired. The repair man suggested that I call the company that I purchased the shoes from and request a refund or replacement. I did what he suggested and they sent me a replacement pair of shoes the very next day. Now that is service!!
