I have been using Houston Shoe Hospital to repair my shoes for many years and have always been pleased with their service. I have always had courteous and prompt service and have always been pleased with their work that I consider to be of the highest quality. I was especially pleased the other day when I went into the 9703 Westheimer store. Percy the manager at that location was especially welcoming and even though they were about to close, I did not feel rushed and in fact I had just stopped in to ask a question about a repair that I needed done and he told me to go and get my shoes so he could take a look. I want to thank him and Houston Shoe Hospital because to get good service seems to be harder to come by these days but that has not been the case with Houston Shoe Hospital. Thank you,
