I needed some shoes repaired right away.
The gentlemen at the store on the corner of Gessner and Westheimer in Houston indicated that the turn-around time would normally be about a week because the shoes needed to be sent to the headquarters to be worked on.
I politely indicated that I needed the shoes much sooner than that. A Mr. Percy was kind enough to pull a few strings and get it back to me by the next day.
The location is busy, their business is booming, the people are helpful and friendly and will make sure that you are indeed satisfied.
Highly recommend this place.
