Gary Gerstenfield is the best lawyer in the world! I was charged with a DUI after I struck a parked car. No one was hurt but me, thank goodness. But I had a broken pelvis and two fractured ribs. I was taken to a hospital where a blood test showed that I was a .24. I made a big mistake driving and I will never drivve after drinking ever again. It took a long time to recover. Gary told me that the blood test could not be used against me and he was right! Gary objected to the blood test which was really the only evedence against me. The charges were dropped. I will never do anything this stupid again, but having Gary represent me gave me a second chance. More than anything else, Gary has been a friend. He introduced me to Alcoholics Annonymous and I am going because I want to.
