I visited Dr. Stevens office two years prior to my decision to have a facelift. Yes I am a slow starter but my mind had been already been made up. I wanted Dr. Stevens to be my doctor. As you see I was still in a neck brace from extensive spinal neck repair and was concerned about a scare. At that time all I could do to make myself feel prettier, as suggested by just one of the many fine staff members at the Center, was to start using ""Latisse"". Now my lashes are great looking, what about the rest of this now 60 year old? Yes, Ouch! I don't feel 60, I didn't want to look 60. Sixty was that little old lady sitting feeding pigeons. I did try fillers. They made me look nice. I used a little Botox that was nice too. I want my husband to say ""Va-va-voom""! Before I even sat down for my consultation, I made myself familiar with the Marina Plastic Surgery web site which offered me a wealth of information in videos, pictures and testimonies. During the consultation a treatment plan was carefully discussed and chosen with all the options described. Dr. Stevens has been supportive and reassuring all along the course of my facelift he sees the beauty in every individual and brings out the best in his patients . I was confident knowing that Dr. Stevens can handle my surgery with beautiful proven results. Each step of my facelift was clearly explained paying close attention to every detail to my comfort. Surgery day came, a little over a week ago as I write this review, with surprisingly little pain, with exception to my ears. Chronologically I am 60, but thanks to Dr. Stevens, each day I will glance at a reflection of a newer more youthful me.
